I) Find out which one is not an equation.

$12 xyz$
$x^{2} yz = 12 z$
$\frac{12 m}{14} - \frac{16 n}{14} = 12$
$16 a^{2} = 12$

II) Find out which one is not a simple linear equation.

$\frac{12 m}{14} - \frac{16 n}{14} = 12$
$\frac{12 y^{2}}{14} + \frac{14}{16} y = 16,$
$16 x + 14 y = 12 + 14$
$16 a + 14 b = \frac{12}{17}$
