3. Sandwich:
They decided to do 13 sandwich where each sandwich needed \(\frac{3}{10}\) of cheese slice.
4. Snacks pocket:
They planned to make \(\frac{3}{4}\) snacks pocket, where each snack pocket had \(\frac{2}{3}\) cups of popcorn in it.
