3. Calculate the sides of the parallelogram

The points \(A(-4, -15)\), \(B(3, 5)\), \(C(3,30)\) and \(D(-4,10)\) in order are the vertices of a parallelogram. In the parallelogram, the opposite sides are equal. Calculate the side values of the parallelogram using the distance formula.
