7. PYQ - Circle and tangent

In the adjoining figure, \(TP\) and \(TQ\) are tangents drawn to a circle with centre \(O\). If \(\angle OPQ = 15^\circ\) and \(\angle PTQ = \theta\), then determine the value of \(tan \ 2 \theta\).
